We believe our service and maintenance department to be one of the best in the industry.

O' Mahony Security is one of the largest security companies in Munster and all our staff are experienced and friendly and take great pride in offering a personal, flexible and efficient service, to the  customer.

The vast majority of our staff have been with O Mahony Security for over 10 years, this enables us to get to know our clients, we will ensure where possible to send engineers who you are familiar with. 

We offer guaranteed 8 A.M. or AM / PM appointments for routine service calls. Dependent upon the type and age of system installed we can carry out remote diagnostics and servicing negating the need for a site visit.

Why have a maintenance agreement?

NSAI stipulate monitored intruder alarms are professionally maintained in order to get Garda response. This is often required to keep your insurance valid. Security systems under maintenance contracts allow you access to 24/7 engineers and continues to validate your NSAI certificate. O Mahony Security will also give you preferential rates on call out and replacement equipment.

We are happy to take over or repair systems installed by another company. We will normally send a surveyor to assess the system prior to sending a quotation for the necessary work. Emergency callouts to non O Mahony security systems are also provided, however these are dependent upon the availability of resources and subject to our non-maintained callout rate.
